How to reach us
The easiest way to contact us is by e-mail:
We usually reply within a few working days. Messages in English are ideal, but feel free to write in any of the languages the site is available in.
Reporting a problem
If a photo won’t convert or something doesn’t work as expected, these details help us find the cause quickly:
- Your device and operating system, for example “iPhone 15, iOS 18” or “Windows 11 laptop”.
- Your browser and its version, for example Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari or Samsung Internet.
- The file type you tried to convert (HEIC, HEIF, JPG, PNG…) and roughly how large it is.
- The output format and settings you chose (JPG, PNG, PDF or WebP; quality; photo info option).
- What happened – the error message shown on screen, if any, and how many photos were in the batch.
Please don’t send us private photos. In most cases the details above are enough. If we can’t reproduce a problem without the file, we’ll ask – and it is entirely your choice whether to share a sample, ideally one that doesn’t show people, documents or locations.
Quick answers before you write
Many questions have a quick answer on one of our pages:
- “My PC can’t open HEIC files.” Windows needs extra extensions – or you can skip them entirely. See HEIC to JPG on Windows.
- “I need one PDF from several photos.” Choose “All photos in one PDF” in the HEIC to PDF converter.
- “My phone says it ran out of memory.” Convert fewer photos at once (about 20–50 on a phone) and close other tabs. Our guide to batch conversion has more tips.
- “Are my photos uploaded?” No – everything is converted on your device. The privacy policy explains the details.
- “What is a HEIC file anyway?” Our explainer on what HEIC is covers it.
Feedback and ideas
Suggestions are always welcome: a format you’d like to see, a language we don’t support yet, a wording that could be clearer, or an accessibility issue. Many improvements to the converter started as a short e-mail from a user.
