Convert JPG to PDF in your browser
JPG to PDF conversion is the easiest way to turn a handful of photos into one tidy document. Offices, schools, landlords and employers often ask for a PDF rather than a pile of image files, and a single PDF is much easier to attach, upload and print. This tool combines your photos into one PDF in a few seconds, in the order you choose.
Everything happens on your own device. The images are never uploaded, there is no account and no watermark, and there is no limit on the number or size of files. That makes it a safe choice for personal documents such as ID cards, contracts and bank letters.
Images to PDF: which files work?
The converter accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF and BMP images, and you can mix them in the same document. A photo from your Android camera, a screenshot saved as PNG and an iPhone HEIC picture can all end up in one PDF. PNG to PDF works the same way as JPG to PDF; transparent areas simply become white.
Common uses for a photo-to-PDF converter
- Documents photographed with the phone – letters, forms and contracts you snapped instead of scanning.
- Receipts and invoices – collect the month’s receipts for expense reports, accounting or tax records.
- ID card front and back – two photos merged into a single two-page PDF for an application.
- Applications – certificates, references and payslips gathered into one file for a job, flat or loan application.
- Homework and school work – handwritten pages photographed and submitted as one PDF.
PDF options: one file or many, A4 or photo size
| Option | Choices | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| PDF output | “All photos in one PDF” (default) | Combine photos into one PDF document |
| “One PDF per photo” | Each photo needs to be a separate file | |
| Page size | “Fit to photo” | Pages match each photo exactly |
| “A4” | Standard paper size for printing and official uploads |
Page order: pages follow the order in which the files were added. If page two ends up first, clear the list and add the photos again in the right sequence, or add them one at a time.
Image quality: photos are embedded in the PDF without re-compression loss beyond the JPG step, so text on documents stays as readable as in the original picture. If an upload portal has a strict size limit, shrink the photos first with the tool to compress HEIC and JPG photos, then build the PDF from the smaller files.
How to combine photos into one PDF on any device
On iPhone and iPad: tap “Choose photos”, select the pictures from your library or the Files app, then tap “Download PDF”. The file is saved to Files › Downloads, from where you can share or attach it.
On Android: open this page in Chrome or Samsung Internet, tap “Choose photos”, pick the images in order and download the PDF.
On Windows and Mac: drag the files onto the drop zone in the right order, or use “Choose a folder”, then download the PDF. No software to install.
Tip: for document photos, shoot straight from above in good light and fill the frame with the page. With the A4 page size the result looks close to a real scan.
Privacy for sensitive documents
ID cards, payslips and bank statements are exactly the kind of files you shouldn’t hand to an unknown server. Here the PDF is built locally in your browser and nothing is transmitted, so the documents stay on your device. If you also share the original photos, consider using the tool to remove the location from photos first.
Converting iPhone HEIC photos?
You can drop HEIC files straight into this tool. For a page focused on iPhone photos, see HEIC to PDF. And if you need image files rather than a document, use the HEIC to JPG converter.
